Hallie Kilgore

Hallie Killgore joined the Banfield Foundation in 2025 as the Community Engagement Coordinator, where she plays a key role in advancing development and communications efforts. She works closely with the team to manage donor data and outreach, oversee internal and external communications, and provides administrative support for community-based initiatives. With a background in nonprofit operations and project management, Hallie brings expertise in efficiency and strategic planning to her work. She is passionate about helping organizations grow, increasing their impact in communities, and driving the overall success of nonprofit missions.

Hallie resides in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband and their mini-Australian shepherd, Ziggy. A lifelong animal lover who grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, she enjoys camping, rafting, snowboarding, traveling, and attending live music. Her dedication to strengthening communities and supporting animal welfare continues to inspire her work.
